MYTHIX is a wildlife conservation non-profit organization which funds projects run by the world's top conservation scientists to protect threatened animals and habitat around the world. Conservation solutions which ameliorate the economic condition of local people by working together with local people to protect wildlife are integral to our efforts.
The name "MYTHIX" embodies idealistic dreams of a better world ("MYTH"') – which we achieve by tangible action ("X"). Mythix funds conservation projects which fuse science with an intimate knowledge of local cultures, and often employ capitalism, to help people and wildlife coexist and thrive.
